Royal Torarica was one of Novoteqnica’s first clients back when we started with managed IT services.  Royal Torarica was also the first of the Torarica group to make use of the services of Novoteqnica. In the years we had our CPP with Royal Torarica several sub-projects were completed, including completely redesigning the guest wireless network, and swapping out all access points. Personally helping guests with connection problems (almost always because of a guest device problem or setting) was also part of the Customer Support Plan.
